Hello & Goodbye

Since our last update we have had several leaving parties, done lots of cooking and baking and started going to a new horse riding centre.

We have also welcomed lots of lovely new people to the Academy and had lots of fun getting to know each other.

This week we had a day out at Warwick Castle. We saw lots of interesting things and have made a video of our day for you to watch.

This month we have been very busy and have been making great progress with our Open College Network units!

The weather is getting better and we are getting out more and more and spending time in the garden listening to music, jumping on the trampoline and swinging on the swing.

We have been expanding our pictures for the Picture Communication System, taking lots of photos of household items and places to add to the library.

The Academy is busier than it’s ever been as in the last few months we have welcomed 2 new students and have opened our Transition Flat, extending our registration to six!

We have been enjoying all the usual activities and have had a fantastic day out at Warwick Castle. Lately we’ve been enjoying horse riding, the jacuzzi at Plas Madoc swimming pool, and putting up the Christmas Tree!
